The original was a TV series classic. Agent 86 for CONTROL, battles the forces of KAOS with the more-competent Agent 99 at his side. Original TV shows fans may barks, but quite frankly, all we want is to laugh seeing this movie, and if they succeed in that, mission accomplished. We don't care if Max character or agent 86 are respectful to the original or not, it's not The Avengers, it's Get Smart. The Avengers were a monument. Get Smart is just a fun TV show that made us laughs. If the remakers make it sixties and modern at the same time (ie retro-futuristic) and. Make us laughs. It's all we want. And this little teaser just succeed in that.
